I picked up this Completely Plastic Free Sponge Set to cut down on microplastics in my kitchen, and it does the job well. The loofah scrubbers handle stuck-on food without scratching, while the cellulose sponges are soft and absorbent for everyday spills and countertops. I like that they're free of triclosan, dyes, and harsh chemicals, and I can sanitize them in the dishwasher or microwave instead of tossing them quickly. They hold up fine with regular use, though the loofah side can wear down over time. A solid, compostable swap for standard sponges.
